Very good baton for the price offered. I carry the 21" baton on & off duty. I work security. I've had to draw the baton for self defensive purposes on several occasions. It hasn't failed me yet. Highly recommend. In Nevada you can carry a collapsable baton as long as it's not concealed. Both times I had to draw the baton it got the "bad guys" attention and prevented a crime from occurring.

The baton is easily concealed as all expandable batons are, and the grip in strong and firm. However, the baton itself is not very durable and will easily bend against anything other than a pad.

Just got this, for my utility belt with the LED light.
The Light is great, the gold twister turns it on and off.
The 16 inch Baton is nice N short, not long enough for someone to grab, it comes out good, faily solid but its hard to push back it. I might hit it with some WD40 for the price..Killer!!

Perfect defence weapon! A concealed weapons/Firearms licence covers it in Florida! If you are using it for security you must take a class that covers these for on duty use!!! A+++, I have the 16" and works just as well as my Smith&Wesson. I like the holdster, very versitle, it can mount up to almost any platform!!!

had a little trouble with the opening and closing, but after a few uses with it, it got a lot easier. Fast opening, solid hard construction, and can take a lot of hits, and keep on ticking. Great seld defense product. I thought it might be too light, to have, or would not do any damage, but used right, this thing could kill.

good baton, not the best fit metal cause it rattles when you walk, and the grip isnt very comfortable, but its waaaaay cheaper than others and works just as well

Please note, these batons are not hardened steel. They use lower chromium content to keep the price down. They can be easily bent in actual use. In fact, you can easily bend one with your knee. On the converse, an ASP baton is not only hardened, it uses high strength steel (4140). Size for size, 16, 21, 26 I can not even put a warp in the shafts of an ASP. While ASP is expensive, it has the strength to do the job and a life time warranty. When safety matters, do you want the best?

This looks like a guard dog steel baton. It's terrible quality. Broke while hitting wood. The end cap twists off and the tip twists off.

Baton has worked great. Got the 26" and have used it couple times. For teh comments above needing instruction........ Most states require training and certification that comes from taking a course.

Expand baton by flicking your wrist and the inside will telescope outwards. Close baton by kneeling and thrusting the expanded tip of the baton into the solid ground. This should be one motion and do not use the baton to steady yourself when kneeling to close it.
This is considered a lethal weapon for those of you do not posses a license to carry a baton. State laws regarding batons vary. California requires a license to use or carry this legally. Any use other than by a licensed individual would be considered a felony (Assault with a deadly weapon) This device is made to hurt and control people and able to be concealed. This is not a toy.

I ordered the 26in expandable baton, it came 2 days after I ordered it but there was a slight problem. They sent me the 16in baton though i ordered the 26in. I called customer service and told them of the mistake and the woman said she'd send me out the 26in baton that day and told me just to keep the 16in I got by mistake. That was very nice of the company to let me keep the mistake baton and send me the one I ordered that day rather than wait for me to send back the mistake before they shipped me the one I ordered. Very quick shipping nice company.

To open it you must flick your wrist sharply. To close, you must turn the baton around and slam it on hard surface, it will not damage your baton.
