The internet has changed the way the world shops. We all know the value of our dollars and how easy it is to save money when you shop online and look around. The problem is it takes valuable time to do this.
Here at J & L we have always tried to keep our prices low on all product lines, but occasionally someone will beat our price on something. When this happens we will make it right... We don't want to loose your business over a dollar, so have implemented a 100% Guaranteed Price Match Policy.
Here is how it works: If you find the exact item offered on another website
for a lower price simply fill out the Price Match Request Form
below allowing us to research and approve or deny the price match. That's
it! We will even honor price matching on items purchased
from us for 5 days from date of purchase. So there is no reason
not to buy now from a well established company you trust like J &
L.

Price Match Rules and Restrictions
In order to price match one or more of our products, we need to insure that the items we are price matching against are the exact same. We use the information you provide in the form to research and verify everything.
When we confirm that the items are the exact same items we carry we will email you with confirmation. If you have not yet ordered simply make the note in comments area as you check out about the price match and we will adjust the price for you when we process the order. If you place the order over the phone just mention the price match approval to the representative and they will make the price adjustment on the order.
If you have already made a purchase with us and it has been no more than
5 days will research the information you have provided and issue a refund
to you if everything checks out.
Restrictions
So what's excluded? The only items not eligible for our low price guarantee are one of a kinds, auction items, floor samples, scratch and dent items and items not sold as new.
We will not price match any items that are in brick-and-mortar stores (we can not verify them), eBay, Amazon.com auctions or any other auction sites or sales avenues that we can not verify ourselves. The reason for this policy is because many of the items sold in auctions and stores are "knock-off" or illegal (unlicensed) items. Also many auctions are also offered by individuals and they do not have the history, reputation or accountability to customers that we do.
We reserve the right to deny any price match at any time. Pricing, availability or any other factors could cause this.
We will not price match items for international orders. We also will not price match pepper spray orders shipped Haz Mat express.
