Yes they work great, both as hidden weapons and for climbing.

This item is great for climbing trees, but you should PAD the back of the inside cause they hurt the back of your hand.

My second purchase from this site after the beginners lockpick set was the ninja hand claws. To answer the question immediatly popping into your head; No, you're not going to put these on and have squirrel like climbing abilities. The construction is great and they're razor sharp, and I'm sure with practice they could be very effective for climbing, but that's going to take a lot of practice. If you're already good at climbing you may even find that they interfere with your ability to get your hands around something and hold your weight up. These are better gotten for something looking to practice a martial art involving the claws. But for 99% of the people reading this: No, you don't need this. Though I haven't bought it yet the grappling hook is probably a better buy that gives you better climbing potential.

man these things are awsome and i palmed the hell out of my neighbor the other day and climed the side of his house and dropkicked him with the foot spikes. he was seriously pissed but he just moved which was good for me cause now there this really hot chick where he used to live.
