The finish is black anodize providing a durable high quality finish that is corrosion and abrasion resistant. The aluminum tubing is filled with wood dowel to protect the users hand from impact vibration and shock.
The short end of this batons is also used as a second handle. Rubber sleeves are available to improve grip.
