Covert Cutter Card – Ultra-Compact Wallet Concealment Knife
The Covert Cutter Card is an advanced deep-concealment cutting tool engineered for discreet everyday carry in an ultra-low-profile format. Designed to remain hidden inside a standard wallet, this innovative system provides immediate access to a compact fixed-blade knife while maintaining the appearance of an ordinary gift card. Co-developed by Jerry Busse of Busse Combat Knives and the team at Shomer-Tec, the Covert Cutter Card combines premium materials, covert functionality, and extreme concealability into one highly specialized preparedness tool.
The knife itself is precision-crafted from 6AL4V Titanium and enhanced with Shomer-Tec’s proprietary Hardened Edge Technology (HET) tungsten carbide treatment, increasing blade hardness from a standard HRC 36 up to an impressive HRC 75 for superior edge durability and cutting performance. Despite an overall length of just 2.9 inches, the innovative profile provides approximately 3.5 inches of cutting edge. The reinforced broadhead-style tip design helps resist deformation during demanding cutting tasks. Integrated within the card system is also a Diamond Escape Disc for additional cutting versatility.
The included sheath system is built using an actual gift card, creating one of the most discreet concealed knife carry methods available. The knife attaches securely and silently to a proprietary adhesive foam retention system hidden behind the card, allowing rapid deployment while remaining invisible during normal inspection. Each kit includes two backing assemblies — one for familiarization and practice, and one reserved for pristine operational carry. Manufactured entirely in the USA, the Covert Cutter Card represents a highly refined approach to discreet preparedness and covert everyday carry.
